Welcome to Zenta. By downloading, accessing, or using the Zenta Food Delivery App (“App”), you (“User”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Introduction
Zenta is a platform that connects customers with restaurants and delivery partners. We act as an intermediary to facilitate ordering and delivery of food and beverages.
2. User Eligibility
To use Zenta, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Provide accurate account details

Follow all rules mentioned in this agreement
3. Account Registration
When creating an account:

You must provide accurate information

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login details

Any activity done through your account will be considered as your action
4. Services Provided
Zenta offers:

Food ordering from partnered restaurants
-
Delivery services through third-party delivery partners
-
Payment services through integrated payment gateways
Restaurant availability, delivery times, and menu items may vary by location.
5. Orders & Confirmation

Once an order is placed, restaurants must accept it before it becomes confirmed.

If the restaurant cancels or item is unavailable, you will be notified.
Zenta is not responsible for:

Quality, taste, or quantity of the food
-
Wrong item made by the restaurant
-
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or restaurant preparation times
6. Pricing & Payments

Prices shown in the app are provided by restaurants.

Taxes, delivery charges, packaging fees, and platform fees may apply.

We do not store card details.
-
Payment failures are handled by the payment gateway.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
User Cancellations
Cancellation is allowed only before the restaurant accepts the order.
Once accepted, cancellation may not be possible.
Restaurant Cancellations
If a restaurant cancels due to:

Item unavailability
-
High order volume
-
Technical issues
A refund (if already paid) will be issued.
Refunds

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Refund time depends on the payment gateway/bank (usually 3–7 working days).
No refunds for:

Taste preferences
-
Delay due to traffic/weather
-
Wrong address provided by the user
8. Delivery Terms

Delivery partners are third-party contractors, not Zenta employees.

Delivery time is an estimate, not guaranteed.

If the user is unreachable at delivery time, the order may be cancelled without refund.
9. User Obligations
Users must:

Provide correct delivery address

Ensure availability at delivery location

Not misuse or abuse the platform

Not resell items purchased from Zenta
10. Restaurant Responsibilities
Restaurants are solely responsible for:

Food preparation
-
Quality, hygiene, and safety
-
Packaging
-
Compliance with FSSAI and legal requirements
11. Platform Responsibilities
Zenta is responsible for:

Providing a digital platform
-
Payment processing support
-
Customer service assistance
Zenta is not responsible for:

Food quality or contamination
-
Delays caused by restaurants or delivery partners
-
Items lost after delivery
12. Limitation of Liability
Zenta will not be liable for any:

Food-related health issues
-
Loss, damage, or delays
-
Technical failures
-
Actions of delivery partners or restaurants
Your use of the app is at your own risk.
13. Intellectual Property
All app content, logos, design, and branding belong to Zenta.
No user may copy, distribute, or modify without permission.
14. Termination of Account
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

Fraud

Misuse
-
Violation of these Terms

Abusive behavior toward staff or partners
15. Policy Updates
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted in the app.
